Brand New Karndean Parquet Floor Fitted in Manchester!

Some clients in Manchester had a Karndean Art Select Blonde Oak Parquet Floor fitted 4 years ago and they liked it so much that when they recently knocked through one room into another, they decided to extend the flooring from one room into the other!
Having had a wall knocked through to create a more open living space, our clients decided that they wanted to replicate the parquet flooring in one room and run it through into the other which in this instance was the living room.
As a Karndean fitter in Manchester, we began the process by clearing the area and we removed the original flooring and fitted sp101 ply to create a good, level subfloor. We then fitted the Karndean Art Select Blonde Oak Parquet flooring, cutting around areas like the hearth and fire place as well as the interior walls and using a strong adhesive to ensure the tiles were firmly in place.
To ensure that the original flooring looked like the newly installed flooring, we cleaned the old floor using a Karndean care kit to remove any dirt and then applied a refresh coat in order to give a satin finish to the entire floor. As a result, you can no longer tell which was the old floor and which was the new! You can see from the photographs the amazing results. The entire floor looked brand new!
