The room was part of a new extension so fortunately we were able to work with a reasonably clear space although we had to fit around and underneath some units and a kitchen island. With our experience, not a problem!

We supplied and initially covered the floor with a smoothing compound and fitted sp101 plywood. This combination provided a great subfloor on which to fit the luxury vinyl tiles. Using Polyflor Camaro Bianco tiles created a spacious, minimalist appearance. You can see from the photographs the transformation that took place.
