Luxury Vinyl Tiles Installed at a House in Marple

The existing flooring comprised of the original wooden floor boards. In order to ensure that the sub base was suitable for laying the luxury vinyl tiles, we covered the area with sp101 plywood. We fitted this up to the skirting boards and around the existing fireplaces. We also cut around the toilet and sink unit.

The next part of the process was to cover the boards with a flexible screed. Combining the layer of plywood and the screed is all part of ensuring a professional finish, which as a Polyflor Camaro fitter in Marple we know only too well is essential. It enhances the feel and appearance of the flooring installed on top. It also ensures a level, smooth finish is achieved.
