New kitchen floor installed in Bramhall
Cheadle Floors was recently asked to install a luxury vinyl tile floor in a kitchen. Our clients lived in Bramhall and their house had a large, long kitchen area, as you can see from the photographs, with a carpeted dining area at one end of the room.
As luxury vinyl tile fitters in Bramhall, we started the process by taking up and removing the original flooring from around the kitchen units. We then used Ardex NA as part of the subfloor preparation. The purpose of putting this over the floor is that it levels uneven subfloors in order to create a smooth surface. It also ensures a more professional and quality finish when the luxury vinyl tiles are laid. Once the Ardex NA had time to dry we then started to install the floor covering.
Our clients chose the Moduleo Cantera tile. This creates a soft mottled effect that is subtle and as you can see from the photographs, perfectly complimented the kitchen units and existing décor. This range of luxury vinyl tiles are both natural looking while being extremely durable so they are ideal for installation in a kitchen.

The last part of the process was to add the silver grout strips. The strips can be used to imitate a grout finish without having, what can be the messy job, of adding grout.
