New LVT Floor in Marple

As an LVT fitter in Marple, we began the installation process by applying a layer of 3mm Pro Flow screed across the existing flooring. This is done to ensure a smooth, level stable, surface. If the subfloor is uneven or rough, it will affect the quality of the finish of the flooring put on top. Correctly preparing the subfloor is therefore vital. Once the screed had set, we then installed the luxury vinyl flooring. Our clients chose Brampton Chase, heather grey herringbone. The beautiful wood effect gives the illusion of traditional parquet flooring with the more modern features that accompany luxury vinyl flooring.
